Meet Sandra Garlick MBE

Sandra Garlick is a business mentor, and former solicitor, dedicated to helping service-based business owners achieve sustainable growth.

With a background in Sales and Marketing, former Head of HR, Legal, and Compliance for a football club, and founder of a Legal 500 law firm specialising in Employment and Business Law, Sandra has guided hundreds of businesses from startup through to exit.

Honoured with an MBE in the New Year Honours List 2020 for her services to women in business, she is known for her honest approach and builds trust with her mentees and clients, along with a touch of fun. She regularly helps them find those golden nuggets.

Sandra is a Certified Business Growth & Visibility Strategist and is passionate about igniting a spark in others, helping business leaders grow their personal brand, boost their visibility, and develop a strategy for growth. She is also a speaker mentor helping women in business to find their story and creates opportunities for them to share their story on stage and in other media. Sandra is also a business mentor for the NatWest Accelerator and the Government's Help to Grow Scheme.

Sandra is a public speaker has been featured on radio, TV, and in Hello Magazine, and hosts her own local weekly radio show and the Woman Who Chat Podcast, where she continues to inspire and empower business leaders.

Sandra’s loves watching live sport, walking her dog, and regular holidays in the sun. She has travelled extensively throughout Italy to nurture her Italian roots.
